Experience
1999-present   Programmer in company "CETEC" BRD. Develop software for 
embedded controllers and digital signal processors (DSP) using assembly 
and C languages. Develop product specifications Codes DSP algorithms, 
Codes communications protocols (MODBUS, DNP 3.0 and other applicatino protocols. 
Codes software for Human Machine Interface (HMI). Write and debug software using 
real-time programming (using in-circuit emulators), Uses Borland C++,  Visual C++ 
to develop MS Windows- based applications to implement user interface software.
1991-present      Direictor Small Scale Research and Production Company  "RADICAL."  
Supervised and carried out several international  projects  for  medical  and  
indindustry application: Compact Gamma Quant   Generator and detectors 
(A.Mozelev.  In Proc.Int Symp. on Geologic disposal of spent Fuel, High Level 
and AlphaBearingWastes,Antver-  pen, Belgium, 1992.Int Symp on Discharges  and 
Electrical Insulation in Vacuum Berke-ley, California. (July 21-26, 1996). 
USA Patent N 5,736,636 Apr. 7 , 1998. Was respon-sible   for  all  general  
work of the Company "RADICAL".
1996-1999     Assistant of the Leipzig University. Supervised and carried out 
several project of software for industry applications, using Visual C++ and 
Visual Age C++ with DB/2 and object oriented Data Base under theWindows NT and OS/2 
operation System.

Supervised and carried out numerous projects  of  softwere  using  Fortran,

Was respon-sible  for  the  developing  and creating the detectors, monitoring 
and  triggering system,  in  such  instalations  as DISK and SPHERA.I designed 
a new system for research the dynamics of ions accumulation in electron  rings 
based on  X - ray spectroscopy with germanium semiconductor detector.
